20+ year master plan and multi-phase redevelopment of a 75-acre private PreK-12 campus in Addison. 14 buildings totaling over 303,000 SF including the Phillips Family Athletic Center with 25-meter natatorium and 1,200-seat gymnasium, Levy Middle School, Fine Arts Building, Science Building, Lower School, Fulton Upper School, and a 600-seat Performing Arts Center. In association with Lake/Flato Architects. AIA San Antonio Design Award 1999.
